Sensi Seeds Hemp CBD Oil is sold as a food supplement. Its active ingredient is cannabidiol (CBD) a natural phyto-cannabinoid produced by the plant cannabis sativa L.
This 10 ml. bottle of Sensi Seeds' CBD oil contains 300 mg. of cannabidiol at a concentration of 3%. It was produced from industrial hemp plants grown within the European Union, without using any pesticides or herbicides, and which by definition contain less than 0.2% THC (tetrahydrocannabinol).
Apart from CBD (cannabidiol) CBD oil contains the phytocannabinoids CBC (cannabichromene), CBG (cannabigerol), and CBN (cannabinol). In addition it also contains various terpenes including Myrcene, Limonene, Alpha & Beta -pinene, Linalool, B-caryophyllene, Caryophyllene oxide, Humulene, Nerolidol and Phytol.
Other natural constituents of Sensi CBD oil include alkanes, nitrogenous compounds, amino acids, sugars, aldehydes, alcohols, ketones, flavonoids, glycosides, vitamins, pigments, water and hemp seed oil.
Although Sensi Seeds and Seedsman/Tiger-One can not, and do not, make any health claims for the use of CBD oil it is claimed that apart from its lack of psychotropic effects (e.g. euphoria) it has many therapeutic applications. First, it mitigates against undesirable effects of high-THC cannabis such as anxiety and paranoia. Secondly CBD is claimed to be powerfully anti-epileptic, anti-depressant, anti-inflammatory, anti-nausea, anti-insomnia, a muscle relaxant, sedative and anti-proliferative, the latter meaning that it retards the spread of cells, especially malignant ones, into the surrounding tissues (Dr. David Bearman, MD, California, specialising in pain management, harm reduction and medical cannabis).
In support of these claims we only need to look at the abstract from the U.S. government's own patent application for CBD:
Cannabinoids have been found to have antioxidant properties, unrelated to NMDA receptor antagonism. This new found property makes cannabinoids useful in the treatment and prophylaxis of wide variety of oxidation associated diseases, such as ischemic, age-related, inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. The cannabinoids are found to have particular application as neuroprotectants, for example in limiting neurological damage following ischemic insults, such as stroke and trauma, or in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and HIV dementia. Non-psychoactive cannabinoids, such as cannabidiol, are particularly advantageous to use because they avoid toxicity that is encountered with psychoactive cannabinoids at high doses useful in the method of the present invention. A particular disclosed class of cananbinoids useful as neuroprotective antioxidants is formula (1) wherein the R group is independently selected from the group consisting of H, CH3 and COCH3.

Usage of CBD Oil:
As a dietary supplement, use twice daily. Place up to 1/2ml (15 drops) under the tongue, hold for 60 seconds, and then swallow. 1 drop contains approximately 1mg of CBD.
