GSC, formerly known as Girl Scout Cookies, is a stable, sativa-dominant hybrid strain which originated in California. Yields are good and THC levels and overall quality are very high indeed. Kannabia's version adds OG Kush genetics to the Girl Scout Cookies for an improved plant.
Indoors this is a plant which will benefit from carbon filters especially id neighbours are likely to be an issue. In this environment plants can reach up to 125 cm. tall although it is in a SCRoG that the best returns will be obtained. Long buds are covered in a dense resin layer. Yields are around 450 gr/m2 after a 65 - 70 day flowering time. Outdoors plants grow bigger reaching 150 cm. tall and yielding 500 gr/plant for October northern hemisphere harvests. Long stems of contiguous buds produce resin which is great for making extracts with.
A highly aromatic strain, GSC has earth and spice on the palate with both lavender and mint detectable on the finish. THC levels reach 25% with 0.5% CBD. The effect is one of deep relaxation but with added euphoria and bursts of energy.
