Santa Sativa is a cousin of Moby Dick and is 70% sativa. Like its cousin it thrives on plenty of light and nutrients which it needs if it is to fulfil its huge potential. It is a cross of Haze #1 with Skunk x Northern Lights.
Santa Sativa grows well in all grow media but it should be noted that in hydroponic systems the ph should remain below 6.3 otherwise it can suffer iron and zinc deficiencies. Growth shows enormous vigour; indoors it can be vegged quickly and kept quite short or used in SCROG where its propensity for growth can be more easily Tamed. Indoors yields are around 500 gr/m2 in a long-ish flowering period of 70 - 80 days. Outdoors this strain needs plenty of sun and is best suited to temperate/Mediterranean climates where the growing season is both warm and long. In this environment it can grow to a height of 4.5 meters yielding up to 1300 gr/plant ready for a late October/early November harvest.
The aromas and flavours found in Santa Sativa are lemon, cedar, incense and pine and the effect from its 16% - 20% THC levels is uplifting, euphoric, cerebral and very powerful indeed although remaining quite social. The after-effect is very gently physical in nature.
