Power Flower is Royal Queen's version of an updated Power Plant, the strain that became very highly sought-after in the Netherlands during the 1990s and beyond. Its genetic background comprises 88% South African sativa strains with 12% Indica added for good measure.
Power Flower can be cultivated indoors as well as outdoors and is straightforward to grow. In the case of the latter a warm continental or Mediterranean climate is most suitable although northern European countries are not considered hospitable enough for it to thrive. This strain grows to be between 100 - 150 cm. tall indoors and can reach more than 200 cm. outdoors. It yields between 500 - 550 gr/m2 indoors after a flowering period of 8 - 9 weeks. On account of its structure it can be very successful grown in either SoG or SCRoG set-ups. Plants cultivated outdoors can yield as much per plant with harvest time falling in October. Just as Power Plant was a good commercial cropper so too is Power Flower with big, long buds.
The flavour of Power Flower is of lemon and limes with fresh pine notes. THC levels are 19% with medium CBD. The effect has a very nice "up" quality to it, nice and smooth and with an energetic, active effect too.
