Girl Scout Cookies (GSC) originated in California, home to so many great cannabis hybrid strains. GSC was bred by crossing OG Kush with Durban Poison and Cherry Kush resulting in a beautiful-looking strain with a knock-out dose of THC.
GSC produces spectacularly colourful buds with purple, orange and pink hues all competing for attention. This 50/50 indica/sativa hybrid has a relatively short flowering period indoors of between 55 - 60 days after which yields of around 450 gr/m2 dry weight will be harvested.
The scent of Girl Scout Cookies is smooth and clean and the taste of this strain is of cherry, lemon, mint and sweet fruits with woody notes. THC production levels are outstanding at 28% with low CBD at just 0.2%. With this much THC it is certainly not a strain for either the novice or the casual smoker as it really packs a punch and a half. The effect tends more towards the cerebral and is quite euphoric with a high degree of creative energy for those that way inclined.
