Chronic Thunder takes its name from its two parent strains Alaskan Thunder and Dr. Chronic. The result is a stabilised, indica-dominant strain producing high yields.
Chronic Thunder grows well both indoors and outdoors; indoor-grown plants will produce very good yields of 600 gr/m2 in 8 - 9 weeks of flowering. Outdoors harvest will be by the end of September in northern latitudes. Plants remain quite short at one meter tall or just under. Side branches develop heavy buds and for this reason they will require some form of support if the risk of snapping branches is to be averted.
The aroma and flavour of Chronic Thunder is rather unusual as it is just like that of dried cinnamon spice. The effect is of a relaxing, deeply satisfying high that engenders a general feeling of well-being.
