Bubble Kush is an 80% indica strain whose effect embodies the term "couch-lock". With 19% THC its indica genetics contribute to make this a very relaxing strain that will make smokers want to unwind and avoid physical exertions. It was bred by crossing OG Kush with Bubblegum.
Bubble Kush can be cultivated both indoors as well as indoors. In the latter case a flowering time of just 7 - 8 weeks is the norm. Outdoor growers should be ready to harvest by late September. Yields are very good; indoors between 550 - 600 gr/m2 and outdoor plants, which can reach a height of 200 cm, will yield in the region of 600 - 650 gr. each of dried buds. These buds are large, dense, dark green flecked with red hairs and display huge crystals when in the fresh state.
The flavours and aromas produced are best described as being sweetly pungent and earthy, broadly typical for indica-dominant strains. THC production is high at 195 with surprisingly low CBD at less than 1%. In terms of medicinal usage its relaxing properties have a wide range of applications. Pain management, anti-depressant qualities and relief from insomnia have all been reported.
