Bubba Kush is a highly potent, almost pure indica cannabis strain. Its parents are Afghan and OG Kush which explains its potency. A compact plant when grown indoors and one which has very broad, typically indica leaves.
Bubba Kush can be grown indoors or in warm, dry, sunny climates outdoors. Growers should note that this plant does not like to be over-watered and can show sensitivity when given too much. Indoor flowering takes between 58 - 63 days producing a yield of about 400 gr/m2. Outdoors plants grow much taller, possibly reaching as high as 3 meters and yielding 400 - 600 gr/plant. Its buds are compact and round in shape with a gleaming coat of resin crystals.
The aroma is of sweet fruits, diesel fuel and noble woods. Flavours include chewing gum, sandalwood, spices and a certain earthiness. THC production is at a whopping 19% - 24% with very low CBD at justb 0.1%. The effect is a typical long-lasting, physical indica stone that mainly affects the body and which is very soothing and sedative in nature. It will provide plenty of deep relaxation and may be useful used therapeutically for stress, insomnia and pain relief.
