AMG is short for Amnesia Mac Ganja which is an 80% sativa cross of Amnesia and a Mexican Haze strain. Older tokers will recall the traditional sativa taste from days of yore and will likely have built up the tolerance to handle this euphoric, cerebral high. It was bred by The Ganja Man.
AMG is suitable for both indoor and outdoor cultivation although in the latter environment the weather needs to be guaranteed through to the end of October to be certain of harvesting a really good crop. It is straightforward to grow and requires no special skill-set. Indoors flowering runs for between 10 - 11 weeks with plants reaching a final height of 80 - 120 cm. Indoor yields are in the region of 450 - 500 gr/m2. Outdoors plants will grow larger reaching a terminal height of 140 - 200 cm. with each plant capable of producing as much as 550 - 600 gr/plant with northern hemisphere harvests being gathered sometime during October.
Old-school sativa flavours of earthiness coupled with herbal tea are clearly detectable on the palate. THC production is very high at 22% with low levels of CBD. The effect is perhaps not particularly suitable for beginners although old hands will surely welcome its potent, cerebral high which delivers waves of euphoria before evolving into a more stoned feeling. Definitely a smoke/vape for after work enabling consumers to rest their body while freeing the mind.
